BLOOD GLUCOSE METER: Wash hands and prepare your testing supplies: QUINTET AC® Blood Glucose Meter, lancing device with sterile lancet, and QUINTET AC® Blood Glucose Test Strips. Insert the test strip into the port of the glucose meter with the indication symbol facing up; the meter will indicate it is ready for testing with the droplet symbol and a beep (if volume is on). Place lancing device against the testing site and press the release button. Touch and hold the drop to the edge of the sample entry until you hear a beep and the View Window is completely filled with blood. You will see the countdown mode on the screen; after 5 seconds the test results will appear.

BLOOD GLUCOSE TEST STRIPS: For use with QUINTET AC® Blood Glucose Meter. Wash hands before preparing testing supplies. Remove a test strip from the vial and re-cap immediately. Continue according to the Blood Glucose Meter instructions.

PUSH BUTTON SAFETY LANCETS:Twist off the protective cap and pull it straight out. Place the Push-Button Lancet on the desired puncture site and press the top button to activate the device. Gently apply intermittent pressure near the puncture site to obtain the required blood volume.
